Bioactivity

(Routinely tested) 3.Loaded Recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF1 Protein, His Tag, Amine-Labeled Biotinylated (Cat. No. 11792-H08H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human M-CSFR/CSF1R Protein (Cat. No. 10161-HNAH) with an affinity constant of 0.474 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

Molecular Weight
The recombinant human CSF1 consists of 169 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 19.8 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhCSF1 is approximately 27-32 kDa band due to glycosylation.
