Measured in a cell proliferation assay using M‐NFS‐60 mouse myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-8 ng/mL. 3.Recombinant Human M-CSFR/CSF1R Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10161-H02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11792-H08H) with an affinity constant of 0.216 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) . 4.Loaded Recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11792-H08H) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human M-CSFR/CSF1R Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10161-H02H) with an affinity constant of 4.350 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human CSF1 consists of 169 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 19.8 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhCSF1 is approximately 27-32 kDa band due to glycosylation.
