CRTAM Protein (C-His, Human)

Immobilized human CADM1 at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated human CRTAM with a linear range of 12.5-400 ng/ml. 2.Loaded Recombinant Human SynCam / CADM1 / TSLC1 / IGSF4 Protein, His Tag, Biotinylated (Cat. No. 11168-H08H-B) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human CRTAM Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11975-H08H) with an affinity constant of 81.8 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human CRTAM consists of 280 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 31.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhCRTAM is approximately 50-60 kDa due to glycosylation.
