Bioactivity

Immobilized mouse CD86 at 20 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse CD28 with a linear range of 6.4-800 ng/ml. 2.Loaded Recombinant Mouse CD28 Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 50103-M02H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Mouse B7-2/CD86 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 50068-M08H) with an affinity constant of 7.750 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .

Molecular Weight

The recombinant mouse CD86 consists of 233 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 26.8 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD86 is approximately 40-55 kDa due to glycosylation.
