Bioactivity
1.Immobilized Recombinant Human Siglec-2 / CD22 Protein (ECD, His Tag) (Cat: 11958-H08H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-CD22 Antibody, the EC50 is 1.2-3.6 ng/mL (QC tested) . 2.293 cells were transduced with anti-CD22-scFv and subjected to flow cytometric analysis using recombinant human CD22 protein (His tag) (left, Cat. No. 11958-H08H, red) and a negative control protein (blue) . The cells were then stained with a PE-conjugated anti-His antibody. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (right) (Routinely tested) . 3.Loaded anti-CD22 antibody on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human Siglec-2/CD22 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 11958-H08H) with an affinity constant of 1.55 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) .
Function
Met1-Arg687
Molecular Weight
The recombinant human CD22 consists of 679 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 76.6 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 108 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
