Molecular Weight

The secreted recombinant human AXL consists of 428 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and predicts a molecular mass of 46.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the band migrates approximately 70-75 kDa in the SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 60.7 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
