The recombinant human VEGFR2 consists of 756 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 84.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of human VEGFR2 is approximatly 120-130 in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 113.1 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
