No. 11848-HNAH1-E) with an affinity constant of 1.210 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 4.Recombinant Human IL-2R beta / CD122 Protein (His Tag) (Cat: 10696-H08H) captured on CM5 chip via Anti-His antibody, can bind Recombinant Human IL2 Protein, Low Endotoxin (Cat: 11848-HNAH1-E) with an affinity constant of 0.912 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) .

The recombinant human IL2 consists of 133 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 15.4 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 18.52 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
