The recombinant Influenza A virus ((A/Wisconsin/67/2022) (H1N1) ) Hemagglutinin/HA-specific B cell probe comprises 548 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 61.36 kDa. It migrates as approximately 86.7 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 188.8 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
