Molecular Weight

The recombinant Influenza B (B/Colorado/06/2017) Hemagglutinin / HA trimer comprises 595 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 63.92 kDa. It migrates as approximately 86.4 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 244.7 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
