The recombinant heterodimer of human FCGRT/B2M comprises 384 (285+99) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 43.5 (31.8+11.7) kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the bands migrate approximately 34-36 kDa and 12 kDa in the SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 48.4 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
