Molecular Weight
The recombinant human FCGR3B consists of 207 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 23.75 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 44.02 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 26-44 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
