No. CT117-H02H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human IL-4 Protein (Cat. No. 11846-HNAE) with an affinity constant of 0.571 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 4.Immobilized Recombinant Human IL4 / Interleukin-4 Protein (Cat: 11846-HNAE) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human IL-4R / CD124 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10402-H02H), the EC50 is 17.3-51.9 ng/mL (QC tested) .
