The recombinant human FCGR3B consists of 195 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 22.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 35-45 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 27-39 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
