The recombinant human CD16b comprises 195 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 22.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rh CD16b migrates as an approximately 46 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 33-43 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
