Molecular Weight

The secreted recombinant human CD16a consists of 203 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 23.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of human CD16a is approximately 45.2 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 36-48 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
