Loaded anti-CD20 (Research grade Rituximab Biosimilar) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human CD16a/FCGR3A Protein (F176, His&AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10389-H27H-B) with an affinity constant of 0.23 μM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested) . 3. Recombinant Human CD16a/FCGR3A Protein (F176, His&AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10389-H27H-B) captured on SA chip, can bind anti-CD20 (Research grade Rituximab Biosimilar) with an affinity constant of 0.664 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested) .

Molecular Weight

The secreted recombinant human CD16a consists of 223 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 25.1 kDa. By SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 48 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 31-47 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
