CD7 Protein (C-His, Human)

1.Immobilized human CD7-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl /well) can bind biotinylated SECTM1-His (Cat:12269-H08H), The EC50 of biotinylated SECTM1-His (Cat:12269-H08H) is 11-26 ng/ml (Routinely tested) . 2.293 cells were transduced with anti-CD7-scFv and subjected to flow cytometric analysis using recombinant human CD7 (left, Cat. No. 11028-H08H, red) and a negative control protein (blue) . The cells were then stained with a PE-conjugated anti-HIS antibody. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (right) (Routinely tested) . 3.Immobilized Recombinant Human CD7 Protein (His Tag) (Cat: 11028-H08H) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind monoclonal anti-human CD7 antibody, human IgG1, the EC50 is 0.8-3.0 ng/mL (QC tested) .

The secreted recombinant human CD7 consists of 166 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 18 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, it migrates with apparent molecular mass of 30-35 kDa due to glycosylation.
