Molecular Weight

The recombinant human CD3E consists of 115 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 13.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, human CD3E migrates as an approximately 22.3 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 28.6 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
