CD28 Protein (C-His, Human)

1.Binding activity of APC-conjugated CD28 protein to PBMC cells. PBMC cells were stained with FITC conjugated anti-CD3 antibody and APC-conjugated human CD28 Protein (Site-Specific APC Conjugation / His Tag, Cat. No. 11524-H86H-SA) and detected by flow cytometry. FITC signal was used to evaluate the content of CD3+ T cells in PBMCs. APC signal was used to evaluate the non-specific binding activity to PBMCs (QC tested) . 2.1E5 of mouse Anti-CD28 antibody-conjugated beads (6-8 μm) were stained with a series of concentrations of APC-conjugated human CD28 Protein (Site-Specific APC Conjugation / His Tag, Cat. No. 11524-H86H-SA) . Bindin activity was quantified based on APC fluorescence. The recommended usage is 2 μL per 100 μL staining volume (end-user titration is recommended for optimal performance) .
