Molecular Weight
The recombinant Human metapneumovirus (HMPVB2) Fusion Trimer comprises 523 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 57.18 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 64 and 52.8 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 192.0 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
