The recombinant Human metapneumovirus (strain CAN97-83) Fusion glycorotein consists of 523 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 57.15 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 70.2 kDa、50.5 kDa and 17.2 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 178.2 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
