Flow cytometric analysis of anti-CD70 CAR expression. 5e5 of anti-CD70 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 5 μg/ml of AF 647-conjugated human CD70 Protein (Site-specific AF 647-conjugated, ECD, His Tag, Cat. No. 10780-H85H5-SG) and negative control protein. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . AF 647 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested) .
