The recombinant human ROR1 consists of 385 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 43.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 55-66 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 56.3 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
