Molecular Weight

The recombinant mature human PD1 consists of 154 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 17.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, human PD1 migrates as an approximately 41.1 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 30.6 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
