1.Immobilized Recombinant Human PSMA/FOLH1 Protein (ECD, His Tag) (Cat: 15877-H07C) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-PSMA Antibody, the EC50 is 5-15 ng/mL. 2.Measured by its ability to hydrolyze the substrate N-acetyl-L-Asp-L-Glu into N-acetyl-L-Asp and L-Glu. The L-Glu product is measured by fluorescence after its derivatization by ortho-phthaldialdehyde. The specific activity is >800 pmol/min/μg.

The recombinant Human FOLH1 comprises 757 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 84.29 kDa. It migrates as approximately 94.5 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
