Bioactivity

1.Immobilized Anti-Erbb2 Antibody (Trastuzumab), Human IgG1 at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human HER2 / ErbB2 Protein (ECD, His Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 10004-H08H-B), the EC50 is 1-3 ng/mL. 2.293 cells were transduced with anti-ERBB2-scFv and subjected to flow cytometric analysis using biotinylated recombinant human ERBB2 (left, Cat. No. 10004-H08H-B, red) and a negative control protein (blue) . The cells were then stained with a FITC-conjugated Streptavidin. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (right) .

The recombinant human ErbB2 comprises 641 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 71 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, human ErbB2 migrates as an approximately 99 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
