EGFR Protein (C-His, Human)

1.Immobilized Recombinant Human EGF / Epidermal Growth Factor Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10605-H01H) at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Recombinant Human EGFR Protein (Site-Specific AF 488 Conjugation, ECD, His Tag) (Cat: 10001-H86H-SD), the EC50 is 100-300 ng/mL (Routinely tested) . 2.Flow cytometric analysis of anti-EGFR CAR expression. 5e5 of anti-EGFR CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 2.5 μg/ml of AF 488-conjugated human EGFR Protein (Site-Specific AF 488 Conjugation, ECD, His Tag, Cat. No. 10001-H86H-SD) and negative control protein. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . AF 488 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested) . 3.Binding activity of AF 488-conjugated EGFR protein to PBMC cells. PBMC cells were stained with PE conjugated anti-CD3 antibody and AF 488-conjugated human EGFR Protein (Site-Specific AF 488 Conjugation, ECD, His Tag, Cat. No. 10001-H86H-SD) and detected by flow cytometry. PE signal was used to evaluate the content of CD3+ T cells in PBMCs. AF 488 signal was used to evaluate the non-specific binding activity to PBMCs (QC tested) . 4.4.Immobilized Anti-EGFR (Research Grade Cetuximab biosimilar) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human EGFR Protein (Site-Specific AF 488 Conjugation, ECD, His Tag) (Cat: 10001-H86H-SD), the EC50 is 4.1-12.4 ng/mL (Routinely tested) . 5.Immobilized Anti-EGFR (Research Grade Cetuxi*mab Biosimilar) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human EGFR Protein (Site-Specific AF 488 Conjugation, ECD, His Tag) (Cat: 10001-H86H-SD), the EC50 is 8.3 ng/mL (Routinely tested) .
