CD276 Protein (C-His, Human)

1.Flow cytometric analysis of anti-B7-H3 CAR expression. 5e5 of anti-B7-H3 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1:75 dilution (1.3 μL stock solution in 100 μL FACS buffer) of PE-conjugated human B7-H3 Protein (ECD, His Tag, Site-Specific PE Conjugation, Cat. No. 11188-H86H-SP) and negative control protein. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested) . 2.Binding activity of PE-conjugated B7-H3 protein to PBMC cells. PBMC cells were stained with anti-CD3 antibody and PE-conjugated human B7-H3 protein (Site-Specific Conjugation, ECD, His Tag, Cat. No. 11188-H86H-SP) and detected by flow cytometry. PBMC cells stained with anti-CD3 antibody were used as a control (left) (QC tested) .
