The recombinant human CD276 consists of 444 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 48 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of human CD276 is approximately 68 kDa due to glycosylation. The molecular weight of this protein is around 61 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
