The recombinant Influenza A virus ((A/California/07/09) (H1N1) ) hemagglutinin / HA comprises 548 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 61.23 kDa. It migrates as approximately 74.8 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 181.5 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
