1.Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells (Routinely tested) . 2.Immobilized Recombinant Human EpCAM / TROP-1 / TACSTD1 Protein (ECD, His Tag) (Cat: 10694-H08H) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind anti-EpCAM scFv-hIgG1 Fc, the EC50 is 0.2-1.0 ng/mL (QC tested) .

The recombinant human EpCAM consists of 253 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a calculated molecular mass of 28.84 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of human EpCAM is approximately 36.5 kDa due to glycosylation.
