CD274 Protein (C-His, Human)

Flow cytometric analysis of anti-PD-L1 CAR expression. 5e5 of anti-PD-L1 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1:250 dilution of PE-conjugated human PD-L1 Protein (Site-Specific PE Conjugation, His Tag, Cat. No. 10084-H86H-SP) and negative control protein. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested) .
