CD274 Protein (C-His, Human)

Flow cytometric analysis of anti-PD-L1 CAR expression. 5e5 of anti-PD-L1 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 3 μg/mL of AF 488-conjugated human PD-L1 Protein (ECD, AF 488 site-specific conjugation, His Tag, Cat. No. 10084-H86H-SD) and negative control protein. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control (left) . AF 488 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested) .
