The recombinant Influenza A H3N2 (A/Massachusetts/18/2022; A/Thailand/8/2022) Hemagglutinin consists of 558 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 62.38 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 74.1 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
