Bioactivity

1. Immobilized mouse at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse FGFR5. The EC50 of mouse FGFR5 is 0.34 μg/ml. 2. Immobilized human FGF1 at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse FGFR5 with a linear range of 0.08-2 μg/ml. 3. Immobilized human bFGF at 5 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse FGFR5. The EC50 of mouse FGFR5 is 0.22 μg/ml.
