LipoFluor-DMN-DTTM Lipid Droplets & ER Positive Vesicle Tracing Reagent
Product Specifications
Short Description
LipoFluor-DMN-DTTM is a new fluorescent imaging agent that can discern both LDs (lipid droplets) and ER (endoplasmic reticulum) compartments using a single excitation wavelength.
Synonyms
DMN-DT, 3,4-dimethoxy-1,8-naphthalimide, N- (2- (5,6-Dimethoxy-1,3-dioxo-1H-benzo[de]isoquinolin-2 (3H) -yl) ethyl) -4-methylbenzenesulfonamide
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Other Mammals, Rat
Target
Lipid Droplets & Endoplasmic Reticulum
Conjugation
λex 403 nm. For regions of LD staining, the emission maximum was centered at 456 nm (blue light), while this was red-shifted for the ER (λem 486 nm), a more (blue-green) light emission. Dye is solvatochromic, meaning that is emission changed depending upon is micro environment.
