CF® dye with BCN reacts with azide in a copper-free bioorthogonal reaction, allowing reaction with live cell surface or cell extracts while avoiding potential harmful effects of copper on cell or protein function. CF®440 dye is a UV-excitable green fluorescent dye with Ex/Em at 440/515 nm.
