1 kb DNA Ladder, Ready-to-Load (150 applications, 1.5 mL)

1 kb dsDNA Ladder from 250 bp to 10 kb with 1 kb and 3 kb orientation bands in 1X loading buffer at 20 ng/uL. The blue tracking dyes run at approximately 1.5 kb and 200 bp in a 1% agarose gel. 1.5 mL ladder for 1500 gel lanes, plus one vial of 1.5 mL 6X DNA Loading Buffer for other samples.
