CF® Dye Succinimidyl Esters (SE, also known as NHS esters) are amine-reactive fluorescent dyes that can be used to label proteins on free amine groups, such as lysine residues. CF®430 is a bright, photostable, 405 nm-excitable green fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 426/498 nm) .
