EMBER500TM RNA Prestain Loading Dye is a convenient 2X RNA loading dye for single-step denaturing, staining, and loading of RNA for gel analysis. EMBER500TM dye stains RNA and DNA with much brighter signal than ethidium bromide, and can be used with both UV transilluminators and blue LED gel imagers.
