Fast Plus EvaGreen® qPCR Master Mix with low Rox (5000 rxn)

Fast Plus EvaGreen® qPCR master mix is a ready-to-use hot-start mix for nucleic acid quantitation and melt curve analysis of PCR amplicons. Formulated using our environmentally safe EvaGreen® dye and fast-activating chemically-modified hotstart enzyme, Cheetah™ Taq. The master mix is offered in three formats containing different amounts of ROX reference dye for use with different PCR instruments (without ROX, low ROX, and high ROX) .    For sensitive, affordable qPCR reactions we now recommend our new and improved Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen® qPCR Master Mixes.    EvaGreen® dye and applications are covered under granted and pending US and international patents. Cheetah™ Taq is covered by pending US and international patents.
