EvaRubyTM Dye, 20X in Water, 500 uL

EvaRubyTM is the first visible red fluorogenic DNA dye for qPCR and HRM, with Ex/Em at 480/610 nm upon binding to dsDNA. It can be combined with fluorescent probes for probe-based qPCR with high resolution melt analysis in the same reaction. 20X in water, 0.5 mL (500 x 20 uL reactions) .
