Fast EvaGreen® Master Mix for qPCR (5000 rxn)

Fast Evagreen® qPCR Master Mix is a 2X qPCR master mix suitable for fast cycling protocols. The reagent system uses two of our breakthrough PCR technologies, Evagreen® qPCR dye and Cheetah™ Taq hotstart DNA polymerase, to deliver superior results when compared to other commercial master mixes. It is supplied with a separate vial of ROX reference dye, for use with high ROX, low ROX, or no ROX instruments.    For sensitive, affordable qPCR reactions we now recommend our new and improved Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen® qPCR Master Mixes.    EvaGreen® dye and applications are covered under granted and pending US and international patents. Cheetah™ Taq is covered by pending US and international patents.
