Sambucus Nigra Lectin (SNA, EBL), CF®790 Conjugate

Sambucus nigra lectin, isolated from elderberry bark, binds preferentially to sialic acid attached to terminal galactose in α-2,6 and to a lesser degree, α-2,3 linkage. It is available conjugated to biotin and CF® Dyes. Near-infrared CF® 790 has Ex/Em at 783/808 nm. 1 mg lyophilized solid.
