NucView® 488 Caspase-3 Substrate, 1mM in 1X PBS

NucView® 488 Caspase-3 Substrate is a novel fluorogenic caspase substrate for real-time detection of caspase-3/7 activity in live cells. In apoptotic cells, the substrate is cleaved to release a DNA dye that stains the nucleus with bright green fluorescence. 1 mM in PBS, 10 uL trial size.
