Methotrexate conjugated to CF®594. Methotrexate is a cytotoxic agent used as a chemotherapeutic and immunosuppressant. It is actively taken up by cells and binds to and inhibits dihydrofolate reductase, thereby inhibiting folic acid metabolism and inducing cell cycle arrest.
