Specific activity is > 600 nmol/min/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that cleaves 1 nmol of suc-AAPF-pNA per minute at 37°C in Tris-HCl pH 8.0 using chymotrypsin.

Can be stored at 2°C to 8°C for 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. (Ships with gel ice.)
