Human recombinant IL-8 (aa28-99) (Interleukin-8) protein, AF
Human IL-8 (aa 28-99) predicts a molecular mass of 8.5 kDa and is the 72 amino acid residue form Ser 28 to Ser 99 of mature human IL-8. This recombinant protein is the major form secreted by macrophages. IL-8 is a chemokine produced by macrophages and other cell types such as epithelial cells, airway smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells.
