Anti-RAP1GDS1 Antibody

Boster Bio Anti-RAP1GDS1 Antibody catalog # A07861-2. Tested in WB, IHC, IP, ELISA. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat.

Product Specifications

Background

GDS stimulates the GDP/GTP exchange reaction of a group of small GTP-binding proteins (G proteins), including at least c-Ki-ras p21, smg p21A, smg p21B, rhoA p21 and rhoB p21, by stimulating the dissociation of GDP from and the subsequent binding of GTP to each small G protein. The small GTPase Rap1, which is activated by a large variety of stimuli, functions in the control of integrin-mediated cell adhesion. RAP1GDS1 (synonym: GDS1) is one of RAP1 GTP-GDP dissociation stimulators.
